We authenticate every item to ensure that we uphold the highest standards to keep counterfeit products off the market and put fake dealers out of business. Upon arrival at BEZUA HQ in London, items are categorized and assessed based on their authenticity risk, which considers factors like brand, market value, fashion category, and consignor data. Items that present a higher risk of being counterfeit undergo a more rigorous process.

Our Quality Control team adds an extra layer of scrutiny and protection to prevent the sale of counterfeit items on BEZUA.shop. Utilizing the Real Authentication Smart Database Scan technology along with our authentication specialists, we conduct thorough reviews of certain high-risk items.

All items are processed by at least two members of our Head Office Team of Authenticators.

Should a customer request a Certificate of Authenticity with their purchase, BEZUA will coordinate with Third-Party Authentication Companies. This service is complimentary for all items with a resale value over £400. For items valued below £400, a nominal fee of £15 per item is charged.
